Shipping policy

We lovingly pack and dispatch all orders from our home in Gloucestershire, usually within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

All orders are sent on a fully tracked service. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK shipping rates

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

Standard delivery is £3.99 and arrives in 3–5 business days. Free standard delivery is available on all orders of £50 or over.

Express delivery is £6.99 and arrives in 1–2 business days.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — if you're based outside the UK and would love to place an order, feel free to get in touch at hello@petalandmoss.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Once your order is on its way
